I am part Brazilian, part Greek and part American but I have lived in London since I was a child. I am a body oriented therapist who believes wholeheartedly in the value of an eclectic and holistic approach to healing. After many years working individually with clients I am now also working alongside other practitioners to be able to provide a deeper and more rounded healing experience.

I have been on my own meandering and varied journey and benefited from the wisdom of many teachers, therapists, healers, plants and fellow travellers. After completing a Masters in Jungian Psychology and many years in the wonderful but cerebral world of analysis I began to discover the importance of the body in healing. I completed a Somatic Experiencing training in 2011 and my work changed direction. I began to focus on how trauma is held in our bodies and how best to work with experiences that impact on our ability to be present and feel our emotions. I became increasingly interested in the role of early infancy and attachment and for some time I specialised in working with babies in an intensive care neonatal unit and with parents and infants struggling in the early years of life.

At some point whilst working with clients I started to feel that something was missing, that on a deeper level the soul wasn’t being addressed and on a broader level the wider systems we are part of weren't acknowledged. It was wonderful to then train in Family Constellations work which at a deep soul level acknowledges and honours the entanglements, connections and commitments we have to those in our family system. It honours our conscious and unconscious bonds and loyalties to certain family patterns allowing us to see and free ourselves from any impact this may be having on our fulfillment.

Whilst doing this training I was attending to my own childhood trauma and the ways this was still being felt in my adult life. I mostly drew on ongoing work with the support of a spiritual community on a committed path to working with the inner shadow, plant medicine and regular consistent bodywork in various modalities.

Dancing, walking in nature, spending time with my family, music and friendship are all ways I nourish my soul and come back to my centre.
